SML Group is the holding company for a group of companies dedicated to land, building, case managementand valuations including provision for project managed administration.

SML foundations were established through dedicated subsidence monitoring after recognising the sectors need to innovate and transform.

As the only companies in the UK that can offer the full breadth of traditional surveying to specialist subsidence monitoring our property data services are designed to deliver exceptional cost savings to the valuation and insurance sector.

Over 15years the business has matured into niche and specialist arenas within the property arena with an evolution towards services of the insurance sector where knowledge of contract interpretation and administration help contribute desired outcomes.  Benefitting from expectational market standing and experience Surveyor Plus Limited was acquired in May 2024 to fulfil project support requirements aiding the case journey from tirage to completion.
